Do I need to know exactly what service I need?
No. The free consultation is there to work this out together. You can simply say what feels difficult right now.
What is body doubling?
Body doubling means having a supportive person present while you work on a task. For cleaning and organising, it can make the process feel less lonely, more grounded and more achievable.
Do I have to clean before you arrive?
No. You do not need to prepare your home to make it more acceptable. The point is to meet you where you are.
Can I rest while you work?
Yes. If your energy is low, you are allowed to rest. We can agree what feels comfortable during the consultation.
What if my home is hazardous?
Please book a consultation first. I will be honest about what I can safely tackle and where another specialist may be needed.
How much does it cost?
Consultations are free. Body doubling organisation and cleaning starts from £130 for a half day. Restoration cleaning is quoted case by case.
